How much does a Pizza Patrón franchise cost?
The total investment required to open a Pizza Patrón franchise ranges from $122,800 to $176,050. This includes all fees, fixtures, equipment, inventory and operating capital. These amounts include certain additional funds needed for the first three months of operation.
What is the franchise fee?
The initial franchise fee is $20,000 per unit for a standard Patrón restaurant. $7,500 is due upon signing the Development Agreement. The remaining $12,500 is due at the time each restaurant is scheduled to open.
What is the royalty fee?
An ongoing royalty fee of 5% of gross sales is payable weekly by automatic debit to your account.
What are the marketing and advertising fees?

Does Pizza Patrón provide financing for restaurant development?
No, Pizza Patrón does not provide financing. However, the government SBA program participates with Pizza Patron and we are on the SBA registry. For more information on this contact us or your local bank.
Do I have to work in my restaurant?
If you are an individual, we encourage you to manage your Store personally but do not require that you do. If you choose not to manage your Store, you must appoint an individual, called a General Manager, to assume personal responsibility to manage the Store's day-to-day operations. Your General Manager must be a full-time, bilingual employee who either lives in the neighborhood where your Store will be located or agrees to move into the neighborhood and become active in the community.
What type of return can I expect to make on my investment?
Pizza Patrón does not provide earnings claim information. We do, however, encourage our prospective franchisees to conduct significant due diligence during the discovery process and contact existing franchisees with questions on marketing, finances, sales volumes, operations, etc. The amount of profit or loss is dependent on a number of factors. The ability of the franchisee to manage the business, drive sales volume and control operating costs is vital to successful growth.
Does Pizza Patrón select the site where I'll build my restaurant?
No, you will select the site, but a representative of Pizza Patrón must approve each location.
What kind of support can I expect from Pizza Patrón on the build-out of my restaurant?
Pizza Patrón will provide you with the assistance you need to open your restaurant. After site approval, we will guide you through the build-out of the restaurant and ordering of equipment. We will assist you with the layout of your store plan as well as the installation of your interior design package. We also provide a vendor list detailing all the furniture, fixtures and equipment needed to complete your store.
