REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal franchise candidate is a highly motivated individual with a desire to sell great pizza and serve their community. It is not necessary to have food service experience in order to succeed. The right person utilizing our comprehensive training program and "operator-friendly" concept has all the tools needed to develop and maintain a flourishing business.

We have both single- and multi-store development agreements available. The initial investment for one Pizza Patrón location ranges from $165,000 to $226,000. This includes everything needed to get started. Included in this fee range is the franchise and development fee of $20,000. This fee declines with subsequent locations. Additionally there is an ongoing royalty fee of 5% of gross sales and a mandatory advertising requirement of 2%.

Third-party financing is available to open your own Pizza Patrón location. Most lenders require 25-30% of the total project as a down payment. The government SBA program participates with Pizza Patrón and we are on the SBA registry. For more information on this Contact Us or your local bank.
