1. Eligibility
The Pizza Patrón Patrón 40 Lotería Match-to-Win Game Contest (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Texas and Arizona who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Entrants must have or create a valid Pizza Patrón Perks loyalty account to participate.
Employees of Pizza Patrón, PepsiCo, Promotion Security Group (PSG), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on March 30, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on May 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by:
- Visiting the official promotion website (UR)
- Playing the digital Lotería Match-to-Win game
- Completing the Patrón Perks sign-up or login
- Submitting the required information to enter
Limit: One (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
5. Promotion Mechanics
- The digital Lotería game serves as an engagement experience
- All eligible participants who complete entry are automatically entered into the giveaway, regardless of game outcome
- Participants may also receive instant food rewards or offers (while supplies last)

All prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected via random drawing conducted by the Administrator
- Drawings may occur on a weekly or periodic basis, with final confirmation at the conclusion of the Promotion
- Winners will be notified via email and/or phone
Failure to respond within a specified timeframe (typically 5–15 days) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
9. Prize Fulfillment
Prize fulfillment, eligibility verification, and winner notification will be managed by Promotion Security Group (PSG) on behalf of PepsiCo.
Pizza Patrón will provide winner data to support fulfillment.
10. Rights Granted by Entrant
By entering, participants grant Pizza Patrón and its partners the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Terms & Conditions
Pizza Patrón reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Promotion.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the system (bots, duplicate accounts, etc.) will result in disqualification.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pizza Patrón, PepsiCo, PSG, and their affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize use.
13. Disputes
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved individually in Texas courts, without class action.
