We mix and proof our dough cold, which brings out deeper flavor as it rises. And our dough is 100% natural – no additives.

We proof our dough for 12 hours so the yeast and sugars create the best flavor and texture profile. You can taste the difference, whether Classic, Maíz or Thin crust.
